- We are not an official distributor of these brands.
2. Orders & Payment
- All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Payment is accepted via the methods displayed at checkout.
3. Delivery & Pick-Up
- Australia-wide Delivery via Australia Post (Standard or Express).
- Pick-Up (Sydney): Roselands, NSW 2196 — by appointment via WhatsApp (+61 0427 978 385).
- Pick-Up Deadline: Orders must be collected within 2 weeks. Orders not collected within this timeframe may be cancelled without refund.
4. Returns & Refunds
- Products may be returned within 30 days if unused and unopened.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility if the return is due to a change of mind.
- Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Damaged or opened products are not eligible for return.
