Refunds & Returns

• Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.

• Pick-up orders must be collected within 2 weeks. If the customer does not make contact and does not collect the order within this period, the order will be cancelled without refund.

Delivery Policy

• Shipping available Australia-wide via Australia Post.

• Options: Standard Parcel Post or Express Post (both include tracking).

• Processing time: 1–3 business days before dispatch.
